Farrell's Columbus is more than a gym. Unlike typical gyms, Farrell's has educated our members about the importance of nutrition since our inaugural 10-Week Challenge. If you’re fueling your body with whole, healthy foods, it leads to improved results! But knowing what to eat can be complex—especially with so much opposing information out there. You won’t have to guess with Farrell's.

We make eating the right foods easy. With our tested nutrition plans, you always feel content because you’ll be eating a balanced diet of nutritious, body-fueling foods. And we plan everything for you—not only what to eat, but how much and when. We show you what your body needs for you to meet your goals. When you follow our nutrition plan, you will experience results—and you’ll feel the change in your body and mind that only nourishing food can provide.

We individualize your plan to meet your specific needs and goals. You won’t feel limited. You can keep on going out to eat, and you can still eat the same meals as your family. You’ll learn what your best food choices are in any setting. And there’s always your weekly Farrell's Fun Day where you can splurge on some of your favorite treats—whether it’s a donut for breakfast, pizza for dinner, or a drink or two with friends!

To make things even easier, your coach will always be accessible to reply to questions and give you recommendations. They will review your food logs and meal plans to help keep you on track. Plus, you can always discover delicious ideas and new recipes to keep you full in the Farrell's cookbook.

Simple Eating for 10 Weeks

During your 10-Week Challenge, we’ll educate you on good nutrition. You’ll learn what to eat, when to eat it, and how much you should eat of different essential nutrients at each meal. Your entire Farrell's Family will be here to assist you, especially your coach. You’ll master how to plan your meals and record them for success.

Don’t sweat it if planning isn’t your thing! As part of your 10-Week Challenge, you’ll be given 10 full weeks of meal plans! These include clear instructions and expertise on portion sizes with all meal plans and even weekly grocery lists. And your nutrition plan wouldn’t be finished without the Farrell's Fun Day! On Sundays, we tell members to treat themselves and indulge their cravings.

Our meal plans are adjustable. Follow them as written or vary them to meet your tastes. Some members like to eat identical meals every day for an entire week, while others like to swap things out. Your coach, or anyone in your Farrell's Family will be there for you if you have any questions. Not sure which foods are interchangeable? Just ask. Not feeling satisfied after a meal?
